Hastings City Bank eStatements Are Here!
Electronic statements are the fastest and most convenient way to receive your bank statements. You no longer have to wait for the mail or worry about them becoming lost or misdirected. With internet access and a few simple clicks, you have control of when and where to receive your statements.
To sign up for eStatements, simply do the following:
- CLICK HERE to download a printable application. Fill it out and drop it off at any Hastings City Bank location and pick up your free HCB environmentally friendly reusable grocery bag.1 Help us keep paper and plastic out of landfills!
- You will receive an email that will contain a security response code and your user name. You will need to reply to the email with the security response code.
- We will then mail your password to you by postal mail. You are strongly encouraged to change your password on a regular basis.
When your statement becomes available2, an email will be sent to alert you. Simply click on the link within the email and then log in to the eStatement server using your user name and password. You can even save your statements to your computer or print them out if required.
