Q How do I change my password?

A You may change your password at any time from the log in screen. Enter your user ID and current password. Check the box requested to change your password and click “Submit”. You will then be prompted to change your password.



Q What if I forget my password?

A If you forget your password or user ID, you can contact us via e-mail or by calling our Electronic Banking Department at (269) 945-2401.



Q What if I want to have more than one user access Business Online Banking?

A Business Online Banking gives account owners many options in controlling access. You can decide on an individual basis what business accounts can be accessed and by whom. You can also add a dual control feature to your account transactions to provide additional security.



Q How can I change the level of account access?

A To add or delete accounts or users, an authorized owner of the account must either make a written request to the bank or contact the Electronic Banking Department directly.



Q Can I name my accounts?

A Online Banking allows you to change the name of your accounts to reflect your personal needs. If you have special names for your accounts like “Payroll” or “Vacation” you may re-name the accounts on Online Banking.
