Q How do I change my password?

A You will find a menu button called “Online Services”. In this section, click on the User Options link and then “Change Password”. You will be prompted to enter your current password and then your new password twice before submitting your request. That’s all it takes.



Q What if I forget my password?

A If you forget your password, you can create a new one any time by clicking here!

If you forget your user ID, you can contact us via e-mail or by calling our Electronic Banking Department at (269) 945-2401.



Q How current is the information provided by Online Banking?

A Transactions made through our Home Banking Center, either using Telephone Banking or Online Banking, will be reflected immediately in the available balance information for your checking and savings accounts. Payments made to your Hastings City Bank loan accounts will be reflected in your Online Banking information on the following business day. Cash transactions made via a bank teller will effect your available balance immediately. Non-cash teller transactions as well as any type of ATM transaction will be posted to your account the next business day.



Q Can I name my accounts?

A Online Banking allows you to change the name of your accounts to reflect your personal needs. If you have special names for your accounts like “Payroll” or “Vacation” you may re-name the accounts on Online Banking.
